Our city recently participated in the statewide "Welcome to Arkansas Program" presented by Scott Sudduth of the Arkansas Hospitality Program. The focus of the workshop was Tourist Safety. From December 14th through January 3rd, Arkansas Trail of Lights is advertised across the state, inviting folks to tour a list of cities that have thrown out the welcome mat by decorating their town. We want to be one of those towns.
